Speaking as commercial tenant, this real estate has blamed us and tried to charge us multiple times for repairs that fall under the landlords responsibility, has repeatedly ignored terms and clauses in our lease, overcharged us for outgoings for 2 years and only when after constant hounding, gave us a credit. Uses poor quality trades for repairs and makes it impossible to keep the owners building in best condition due to their ridiculous terms of how and who we are to use for anything repairwise.
