Great service by Laura and Nick they came out to my property mutiple times to fix my roof under warranty highly recommend them.
Worst customer service. Do not build your home with this company! You will have issues and they will not answer your calls or emails. Do not believe the sales hype. Stick with a larger house builder, these guys are cowboys. I'm currently in a legal battle to sort out multiple issues with my house. The owner of the business (Brad) will ignore all communication attempts.
I can highly recommend this company. I came to McLachlan's with a challenging steep block (sloping in two directions), a tight building envelope, protected trees and environmental restrictions. I also had a very specific style of house in mind (not to mention a specific budget!). The end result is a house I love that is built to a very high standard. We highly recommend building with McLachlan Homes. The service and communication was outstanding from the very beginning, with Rob Mac helping us through our design to Stacey-Lee and Angela in the office and Luke keeping us updated during build. The best part was having our forever home finished 2 months earlier than expected. Thank you McLachlan's we are very happy with the quality of our new home.
