We hadn't been to MCL in about a year. I was hungry for fried chicken and I've always said that MCL has the best fried chicken around. We were both disappointed this visit. My husband's meal consisted of Swiss steak (good), macaroni salad (too much dressing, not enough macaroni) and roll (very good). Food was not good. Staff very unfriendly very inatentive
Luke warm chicken, actually all the all the food was barely warm. The best part was the server, very nice. Wont be going back. I hope I dont get sick on my vacation.
Stopped in here on 8-2-25 and had a terrible lunch. Food was cold and very bland I had salmon broccoli and cabbage none of it was even warm. Wife had chicken mac&cheese and potatoes and again not very warm or very tasty. They did have good jello until I noticed a hair in the bottom of the bowl. Overall not impressed at all over priced cold bland food. Will definitely never be back. Save yourself the time and just eat a bologna sandwich it'll be better.
