Thanks to the service department for letting me use their hose today after a bird pooped in my helmet. When I buy an Austin Martin, I will buy it from MCL.
VERY disappointed. Have taken my 2013 XF in twice (since purchasing it used at MCL 1 year ago) for the same problem and they still haven't fixed it properly. Called 2 weeks ago and having not heard back yet, just called again. Learned my rep is away so was handed off to another rep only to learn that the earliest appointment available was early MAY because I need a courtesy car. MCL has an extremely friendly and efficient team. Caleb was exceptionally patience and professional. He went above and beyond to provide the best service. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle from them.
