I hadn't ever heard of Alan R Mckown D.C.LLC until today, when I received information from medicare that he had charged them for services I never received. $1015 for one visit. $822 for another one. Like I said I've never met the man ,never received any services from him and never requested services from him. So why was Medicare charged for Healthcare in my name for services I never received? I'm thinking maybe medicare fraud. I can promise you I will be looking into it
