I recently saw Dr Grewal for a checkup and cleaning appointment and my experience could not have been better. From the way I was greeted by the front end and the assistant, the entire staff was very friendly and professional. Dr Grewal was very thorough with her exam and explained every treatment in great detail. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely be bringing my entire family here.
I don’t recommend this place at all. I showed up for my appointment at 4:30 after leaving work early, only to find out that the assistant had forgotten to request my X-ray from the dental office I had provided information for a week ago. Instead of retrieving it, they decided to take a new X-ray—despite the fact that I had one done just two months ago.
