Rude staff. Don't recall her name but very condescending to myself and the other person in front of me. If you don't like your job or people hen find somewhere else to work. I will not return. Even though it is a convenient location
Words can't express enough how I feel but I would not recommend this eye center. I spent $3000 and had to have my surgery done again within two weeks by other Doctor.
We were on vacation and the Doc came in on Saturday to look at and remove a rust ring that had developed in my hubby's eye because of a metal shard. He was very professional and warm natured, that we felt so welcome. We thank him for the awesome service he give us and most of all my hubby!
I have been seeing Dr. Mc Knight about 15 - 20 years. I have had laser vision and cataract surgery. It might take a while to get to see him, but he's worth the wait..
There was a slight problem verifying my insurance but everyone was very nice and the Dr. was very thorough as was the nurse (I think that was her title). I was diagnosed with an issue immediately and given the treatment just as fast. I now feel much better and I am grateful to them.
I had appt took 45 minutes to even get seen and that was only after i went and complained. Then was seen for 10 min by an associate and another 45 minute wait to see the doctor. Wouldn't recommend them unless you have alot of time to waste!
