Misled and Overcharged When I purchased the course, I was told that I could extend the time to continue studying. However, now it turns out that I have to pay for the extension, which was never explained to me at the time of purchase. This course was not cheap, and for those of us who work and knew we might not complete it on time, this is an important factor in protecting our investment. To sell, they say whatever it takes, but in reality, you realize they omitted crucial information.

If you have to do Continuing Education work in Florida, do NOT use this company. I hold many licenses and they were not upfront with how they handle FL. Customer service will sell you services instead of actually help.

I have been using McKissock for years and have been very satisfied with their customer service. However, today I made a call to customer service and found out I was calling an overseas call center. The gal was very nice, however, she did not have the basic information such as my correct license number and expiration date in her system. There were 2 certificates that had incorrect license information in them, however they were corrected. I hope the Calibri Group did not lay off all the domestic customer service people.
