Horrible company to work with. Still hurts the loss I had with them when selling my home. Once you sign a contract with them they keep it your contract as hostage. Big NO - dont do business with them.

Leaving this review from a buyer's point of view. We made an offer on a home they were representing, instead of countering or rejecting the offer in a timely fashion, the realtor strung us along with various excuses and convinced us the seller was seriously considering the offer. We lost 5 days and the potential to put another offer on a different house that we liked while we waited on the seller to ultimately dismiss the offer. While not illegal it is unethical to mislead a buyer and waste time with games like these.
Brad McKissack at Keller Williams Realty is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Him and his team at the Denton office were professional and honest. He represented our property in a most effective way. We were under contract in less than a week. The negotiations and closing were flawless. I would highly recommend this office. If I am ever in the market for Texas real estate again. I will definitely use Brad McKissack, Sr. without hesitation.
