The service we receive is timely and effective. We do not have any issues with pests in the house or surrounding it. If we notice any sort of activity, we can call and they send someone out quickly to remedy the concern.

Was great when it was McKenzie Pest Control. We had Ethan taking care of us and couldn't have been better. Then Plunketts bought them out and service went way down. Our technician refused to communicate with us and wouldn't show up when we did have a service scheduled. I'd rather live with the bugs then have terrible service like that. One star seems too generous
