Paul Leonchyk just completed some desperately needed AC work up in Everett today and really impressed me. This gentleman truly has good communication and really transparent with parts and instructions on how to prevent future issues. His dedication to getting objectives completed really reflects how much of a stud this gentleman is. 10/10 Service.
Be aware, Nolan will come give you an estimate and not mention anything about a charge, until you do not accept their overpriced estimate, then they will send you an invoice for over $500. If you are a property manager as I am avoid mckinstry. Their customer service has gone down the drain. Every other mechanical company provided a free estimate as it should be. And if they did charge for an estimate they were sure to mention this before sending someone out.
