Be aware, Nolan will come give you an estimate and not mention anything about a charge, until you do not accept their overpriced estimate, then they will send you an invoice for over $500. If you are a property manager as I am avoid mckinstry. Their customer service has gone down the drain. Every other mechanical company provided a free estimate as it should be. And if they did charge for an estimate they were sure to mention this before sending someone out.
Switches lanes with no turn signal and almost sideswiped me. Seems to have road rage.
I am writing this on behalf of my roles as President of the South Arcade and 98 Union HOA Board of Directors, the mixed use commercial, retail, and residential development between Union and Pike on the west side of 1st Avenue. We have used McKinstry for probably two decades. But something has happened with their customer service. Basically there just isn’t customer service anymore.
