Kim B was very easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and made the entire process painless and easy. I would recommend her to anyone.
Would not recommend. I qualified for Homes for Heroes and the inspector McKinnies recommended and gave a discount was horrible. I called to let them know about my experience and was told what do you want me to do about it. My realtor responded I so sorry you couldn’t do anything funner with the check from Homes for Heroes but I glad you could use it for the repairs. These were repairs that were supposed to be done by the seller and reinspected by the inspection company.
We were first-time home buyers and had tons of questions along the way. Joe Stante was so helpful and walked us through every step, which really made the process a lot less overwhelming. He was great about sending us listings that matched what we were looking for and always set up showings right away. His guidance and patience made a huge difference, and we’re so glad we had him as our realtor. Highly recommend!
