Took over an hour just to tell us they couldn’t line up my car because a part was bad and quoted me a price. Took it somewhere else that would be cheaper and they said it was a completely different part that needed replaced and did it for less than half of what McKinney was going to charge. I assume they were going to try to make me pay for both parts instead of just the one I needed for an alignment.

Hit a board on the highway on a road trip from NWA to Conway and bent my wheel. Being a female, it’s always hard to go to repair shops at times because it’s a little intimidating but I met Jack here at the shop and he was such a gentleman and went above and beyond to help me get back home the same day. As I waited for my car so many customers came in and the other employees here are so kind and welcoming. Definitely would recommend. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and amazing results with great prices. My car is running like new and my wallet isn’t hurting bad at all. If you ever need any auto care, go to McKinney in Conway.

Since merging with Conway Tire and Battery its been nothing but a headache. Every time we go in to get our tires rotated, its a 1-2 hour WAIT MINIMUM! this is absolutely ridiculous. They are only open Monday-Friday, not Saturday. It should not take 2 hours to rotate 4 times......
