RecommendedThe doctors and nurses are always friendly and helpful, but the front desk people are always rude and give my wife and I an attitude. For starters, we came in and weren’t greeted or even talked acknowledged until I walked up to the front desk. I came in for my daughter’s appointment this morning and after waiting patiently for Sarah at the front desk, she pointed to the door to the offices. My husband and I took our 4 day old newborn for his first apt. with Dr. Vernier yesterday. He was very patient, and spent alot of time explaining behaviors, and expectations of baby, and addressing our fears. He was kind and genuinely. seemed to care. Even though we were a few min. late arriving, we were seen right away. Overall we had a great first Impression.
We love Dr. Vernier. The nurses and other doctors are very friendly as well.
We love McKinney Pediatrics. We have had a great experience this past year with our little one. Dr. Vernier is excellent!
we loveee mckinney pediatrics. very quick and friendly. i’ve always gotten great help here. sometimes feel rushed, not in a bad way...but it’s to be expected. totally understandable.
My kids love Dr. Vernier, they said he is funny and feel safe when he check up them.... always I recommend McKinney pediatric Dr Vernier, Dr Robert Neal
Excellent. Dr. Vernier and Dr. Neal are awesome as well as the nurse practitioners.
We have known them for 13 years now . Out oldest just turned 13 and the middle 10 and youngest 2. Never had anything negative with them. My kids love Dr. Rita Joe Yu.
