These apartments have been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve encountered, and the issues begin with management. The units are severely outdated and poorly maintained, and there is an ongoing, significant cockroach infestation that clearly has not been properly addressed. The place is cool and secured and the environnement neat
Honestly I have no words. Lived here close to 2 years when I moved in I had issues with the ac “leaking condensation”, maintenance “tried” to fix it but it wasn’t even fixed still had the same issue until this year. It was only suppose to be a starter apartment till I bought a house which I did in Feb 2026. They gave me an option to either pay $3500 to break the lease which is more than 2 months worth of rent or I had to keep the apartment and pay rent till lease ended in April.
