Do not move here unless you want your bikes stolen and cars ransacked every single time it is left unlocked accidentally. The homeless live in the woods directly behind us and we have NO FENCE even though management knows this has been a huge problem for years! I know personally quite a few people that have had several expensive items stolen from our parking lot. Maintenance team is extremely subpar. Responsive but does a very mediocre job. I’ve lived at McKinney Park for several years, and one ongoing issue has always been the trash situation—especially the compactor, which was often overflowing and unclean. However, I’ve noticed a big improvement lately since a new groundskeeper started. The property looks much cleaner and better maintained now. It’s a noticeable and appreciated change!
Connie and Barbara have been so wonderful and helpful to me the whole process. My move in was great and staying here has been peaceful. The reviews speak for themselves. I love it here :)
