The maintenance man tray, prolly the most helpful person at the complex. Always provides excellent service. Great guy in general.

Do not move here unless you want your bikes stolen and cars ransacked every single time it is left unlocked accidentally. The homeless live in the woods directly behind us and we have NO FENCE even though management knows this has been a huge problem for years! I know personally quite a few people that have had several expensive items stolen from our parking lot. Maintenance team is extremely subpar. Responsive but does a very mediocre job.
