Bad service they took for ever to fix my mowers
Did not fix my blower in 4 weeks took it to plano and they fixed it in 2 days
Bad customer service, the front desk guys are rude, I took my equipment for service and after 3 weeks they said that they messed up the paperwork and that it was not ready, I had to take my equipment somewhere else for service, definitely not going there again
HORRIBLE SERVICE and unexplainable time that I waited to receive my lawnmower back for a wheel replacement. It literally took 6weeks to replace a wheel when I was told that they could do it next day. They stated that the propel feature would be fixed too but bought it home and of course that doesn’t work either. Poor pricing, service and quality. Go somewhere else. If there was a 0 out of 5stars, I’d give them that.
