place order on Oct 15 for replace poly mount for my rb, no response to email or phone calls. I assume I have to file a dispute. does anyone know if this shop still in business? if not the website should b shut down
RecommendedTowed a car out of his shop very respectful, Going to take my car to him soon.
Ordered engine mounts and transmission mount for my 350z. Mounts arrived and nothing lined up or fit. Months of pestering to try get it resolved and they tell me the jigs were off and they are going to rectify this by send out new mounts all round. Waited weeks and after pestering heaps more the transmission mount arrives but no engine mounts. Still been pestering every single about the engine mounts and just getting ignored. They owe me $500 for a driveshaft I never received. Where I come from that’s stealing.
** BEWARE!!! ** My Crossmember they sent back not only didn’t fit properly, welds were crappy too. Sent a tranny mount not even listed on his site that we didn’t ask for, but charged us full price as if he sent the nice one listed. Horrible communication. Excuse after excuse. Then not returning emails or phone calls. This guy definitely owes my Shop money, but doesn’t respond to them now. Looks like he’s dodging. Ridiculous. Hopefully he makes it right.

Never deliverd.. payed 2 items.. 6 monts waiting.. NEVER arrived always excuses. Thieves...
Placed an order and 5 months later, nothing. Every time I email them (if I'm lucky enough to even get a response), they just give me excuses.
