My rent was increased again so I looked around and found 3 different storage facilities within a mile that have cheaper rates, newer facilities,a move in truck, 24 hour surveillance and 24 hour access. None of which are offered at McKinney. My storage unit was not well sealed at all so everything was always full of leaves and dust. Some property management took over a few years back and since that time they have raised rates and started charging outrageous late fees.
