The woman at the front desk behaved as if we were an inconvenience trying to check in for our new patient appointments. Our appointment times began at 130PM but we not let in until 137. We were then told to sit down while she figured out what was going on since she just clocked back on from lunch. We had been left to sit outside while they were on lunch. The office is great overall. But trying to get someone on the phone for scheduling is like going through hell fire and a tornado.
Marcus Bowen is really good. He always takes his time with me and listens thoroughly. He answers all my questions and concerns and he take the time to explain everything to me. He never does any test or prescribe anything without making sure I know completely what is going on. He is friendly and compassionate. He is one of the best in my opinion.
