Overall was a decent experience but they missed some pretty significant things that I wish was mentioned. They did not check the back doors as they both had very obvious damage. One was operational, but the screen was broken - not really a huge issue, but would have been nice to know. Second door did not have a locking mechanism - completely missing and can not be repaired. Jeremy is a godsend. Without his thorough review of a potential home for me I would have most certainly walked into a money pit. Home inspections are definitely needed.
