Provided hands down one of the best diagnostics I’ve ever received. Gavin was extremely thorough and essentially gave a crash course on hvac systems, how the different components work together and the issues that can arise over time if certain components aren’t adequately addressed. He wasn’t pushy with sales, he simply gave an honest and rational assessment of my situation. Highly recommend their services.
He gave me a quote on installation of a boiler said he would do it. A Year latter come back made fun of a gas line that was installed. Said it looked like a nightmare ready to happen. I went with a gentleman from bluffton. He installed the boiler at a lower price and said nothing was wrong with the gas line. Always get a second opinion.
Cody Barnhart, McKinney sales rep was very professional and obviously experienced in mechanical systems and their setups. I could tell he spent significant time working in the field. He gave me three options for new Lennox equipment; explained their features and made me feel comfortable with our decision. We chose McKinney because they came highly recommended by our builder.
