Very good people to deal with all the way from the the nice ladies who answer the phones, quotes, installers and follow-up by the owner to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They know what they are doing as these can be very complicated systems and answered all my questions on what all the components were and proper settings. Would use them again!

Technician arrived on time. He took one look at our system and recognized the issue right away. After resolving the problem, Steve went ahead and checked the coolant, and topped that off. We were charged a fair and reasonable rate. Steve was very professional and courteous to my wife. I believe we will get on a periodic service schedule with McKinney Heating & Air to keep our Trane healthy and us on track. Highly recommend this company for your heating & air needs.
