My son needed to be seen for his toe, and the receptionist was able to fit us in within a couple of days. From the time we walked in the front door, we felt comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Noman made my son feel at ease explaining the procedure clearly and calmly. Highly recommend this practice.
My wife had pain in her feet and needed bunion correction. Our physician refereed her to Dr. Swails. After first visit, we decided to schedule the procedure (lapiplasty). Dr. Swails did a great job explaining everything, answered all our questions. He, and everyone at McKiney Foot Care office, is super friendly, and take great care of patients. Came in today for an ingrown toenail. Dr. Swails was amazing. He explained everything before he did it and took extra care to ensure I was fully numb before starting. His staff was also very friendly. I really appreciated how he eased any anxiety I had. He also demonstrated how to take care of my toe after. It was a great visit.
