My husband and I have used this car wash since it opened and have loved it. We even drive across town for it since we moved. Today the guy running the sprayer was so rude, I believe his name is Will. He got in my husband's face when he didn't pull up fast enough (we were too close to the car in front of us) He said "we're going to do this my way or you Can back up and leave". Twice he said this. Best CAR WASH !!!! With the FRIENDLY SERVICE !!!! If consistent, genuine customer service is important to you and what ever you drive, this CarWash is for YOU! I’ve been a loyal member for over a year, I’ve tried new cheaper places but nothing has a more charming staff with impeccable service. This car wash even has me driving 12 miles further (daily) for a car wash.
today we had our ntx Elite Fundraiser at this facility, and this place is amazing I would recommend them to anyone! the car wash is awesome the Options are awesome and a big shout out to Matt , Will ,Rod, and Malik as well as the rest of the staff there did awesome job, made us feel welcome and also helped our boys out tremendously to benefit from the fundraiser , thank you all so much!!!!!! you have earned our business and will be going business with you guys going forward!
