Dean Hiatt Poor, poor, Jeff Daniels. I guess you're lucky to even find the place let alone the front door. (Maybe your seeing eye dog was having an off day!!) Remarkably poor service I had a specialized piece of door hardware I needed to replace and drove across town to McKinneys to ask for help. Myself and another customer arrived at what appeared to be the front door, ie the most accessible, to find it locked with a sign telling us it was for employees only and to go to the South entrance. I'm not sure anyone had a compass out when they made that sign..... but if you're feeling like throwing the dice, the entrance is on the South East, as apposed to the South West.
