After paying Jeff McKinney $500.00 for two (one-page) letters, he would no longer speak with me (as soon as the check cleared). Regarding Jeff's assistant, she talked down to me three times; and when I finally addressed that with her (i.e., the fourth time), it led to a heated exchange in which she screamed at me, interrupted me, and hung up on me.
