The little parking lot is not safe for any one to park in i guess was a guest and parked in the guest spot like it says and we came back maybe 30-40 min later and they were trying to put a boot on the car and was trying to tow it... never got an apology for the mistake, all the employee kept saying was "we are going to tow your car theres signs not to park here" but i guess they dont know how to look to see who the guests are and got to drive around with an ugly sticker on the window for the rest of the day. Clean property. Quiet atmosphere. Located in a prime spot if you’re trying to stay close to Uptown but still want some peace. The exterior is well-kept, and it gives a modern loft vibe with city charm. I gave it 4 stars because while it’s a solid location, it could use a little more when it comes to guest parking and clearer unit directions. “It’s cool, calm, and in the cut.
