RecommendedFriendly and professional staff. They always take excellent care of my cat and they truly care about the people and animals they help. They are very communicative when my cat is getting treated, and check with me about everything. I wish I got the same level of care and treatment at my human doctors!

they left a message on my vm that the test results for my pet were terrible, then, after calling back 3 times while they were busy or at lunch said they would call between 4 and 5. Meanwhile, I don't know what is going on. totally cruel to give terrible news over voice mail then make someone wait for more than 6 hours to hear the verdict.

Really fantastic staff who go above and beyond to help our pets, not just during this time of crisis, but always. My dog loves coming here and I am so grateful for MACC for their accessible extended hours, their friendly staff who are always willing to answer my many questions, and their commitment to make sure my pets are well.
