We had landscaping done last year by Gerald and his crew. The entire experience was and continues to be a nightmare. Took months to complete, breaking multiple promises and even going past a contractual deadline. During this time we dealt with no water all day because they broke the water main, having his entire crew show up at my house and loiter awkwardly because he hadn’t paid them. Gerald owes me $135 (20% refund) for a basic landscaping project from June 2018! He is dishonest and can't keep good employees. My Apple tree has still never been tended to. I would never recommend McKinley Landscaping to anybody!
The guys do a great job and they are fast knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with
They are honest and willing to work with the client. The owner is a hands on guy who is willing to get dirty.
This guy charged us 105.00 dep. a NO SHOW twice and said it would be 6 weeks before he could get it done after he set the 1st 2 appointments. He will not refund our money THIS GUY IS A RIP OFF... do not use him ever..
