The sales team has been great with me buying my first-home. Always helpful with my abundance of questions. Unfortunately, I was unable to make any customizations to my new home (except for picking out carpet colors); this was because they do things on a timeline and I was too late. Crooks! They refuse to fix a leak they caused and is damaging my home terribly! DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THEM!!!! Worst builder ever
I closed on a home in Paces Estates March 2024. The neighborhood is great and I love the lot size and space between each houses. The low review is because of the quality of the home. In less than a year, paint outside is chipping, crown molding is separating, and the corners of the walls are lifting. I’ve had to tighten doorknobs, knobs on cabinets, and get repairs done already.
