This has been great experience but I wish they would finish the pool!!! It’s almost completed!
Do not even think of buying a home from McKinley Homes. The quality and the finishes on their homes are absolutely terrible. They do not comply with the warranties and they low quality contractors. Run if you see their sign!! I've been at my home for five years and the walls are literally falling apart!
They build crappy houses.
Warranty services were good for the one year touch and roof issues that caused a leak were addressed. Ray from the painter company was especially great and helpful!
Had such a great experience, everyone I met throughout the process was so helpful. Answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner very thorough with the process before during and after. Definitely would recommend.
