This facility and all of the staff have treated my husband with the utmost respect. Physical therapy and occupational therapy are amazing. Office & front desk people are professional and extremely friendly. There was a little hiccup with his transportation with dialysis but everybody worked towards the same goal which was fixing it and have not had a complaints since and my husband said the food is really good too. Let's not forget the nurses they are so patient so professional so caring.
The staff are always kind when I visit the building.
My dad William Joseph Hernandez room HB received the best care at McKinley Care Facility for the last 7days of his life. 100% satisfaction.
