Called on a Monday morning not expecting much because everyone was busy after the wind. somebody called back within about an hour and was out that afternoon. that on its own put them ahead of the rest. they looked at it properly, took photos and were plain about the fact that the damage was limited to the back slope. no attempt to widen it into a whole roof. the repair was scheduled for the following week and happened then. the work is neat and matches, and the ceiling below has stayed dry through everything since. i asked p... read more

We knew it was time to replace our roof after years of wear, and PR made the whole process a lot easier than I figured it would be.The estimate was straightforward, no upselling me on stuff I didn't ask about. They got us on the schedule quick and the crew worked steady across 3 days. When they finished they talked me through the whole thing and made sure the gutters were clear before they took off. The roof looks even and clean from the street, and it's already been through a couple of decent storms without any trouble.

went looking for someone after a branch came through part of the roof. got three quotes, PR was the second one out. paul walked the roof, took pics, sent over a written estimate that night which was nice cause the other two took like a week. scheduling was about two weeks out, which was fine. day of the work they showed up early, finished by mid afternoon. follow up call a few days later to check everything was holding up. easy process

There had been a slow leak that kept showing up in the upstairs hallway ceiling every time it rained hard. Two other roofers came out before PR and both basically shrugged and said it was probably the vent boot or maybe ice damming. One of them wanted to charge me to redo the whole back slope without really diagnosing anything. PR came out and actually spent time up there with a hose, running water in different spots to figure out where it was getting in.
