A single quote, a single date, a single price. That is what I got and it is far rarer than it should be. 3 days for a full re-roof and somebody was on site on each of them. Nothing was added afterwards and nobody asked for more money on account of something they claimed to have found. The roof is on, it is straight, and it has not crossed my mind since the day they left
gio pro did a great job on our roof and im glad we picked them. the estimate was easy and the guy didnt talk down to me or push stuff we didnt need. price was fair compared to the other quotes we got. when they came out the crew was big and fast, stripping the old roof in no time. they were careful to cover the landscaping and the deck before they started ripping shingles. took a few days total. the replacement roof looks crisp and they did the flashing and vents proper. yard was clean after, they went over it with a nail ma... read more

Crew was efficient they finished the tear off and install in 2 days. Final invoice matched his estimate. Hands down the easiest contractor experience I have had in a while really
had a persistent leak in the upstairs hallway every time we got a heavy rain from the north. previous owner had told us the roof was only a few years old and looked fine from the ground so we figured it was something minor. Gio Pro came out and did a real inspection, found that whoever installed the roof originally had skipped the underlayment in a whole section and the flashing around a skylight was basically just caulked over with no proper step flashing. they tore off that section, redid it the right way, and rebuilt arou... read more
