gio pro did a great job on our roof and im glad we picked them. the estimate was easy and the guy didnt talk down to me or push stuff we didnt need. price was fair compared to the other quotes we got. when they came out the crew was big and fast, stripping the old roof in no time. they were careful to cover the landscaping and the deck before they started ripping shingles. took a few days total. the replacement roof looks crisp and they did the flashing and vents proper. yard was clean after, they went over it with a nail ma... read more

Gio Pro did our roof and I'm happy with how it turned out. We went with a charcoal shingle that sharpened up the whole house next to the tired gray we had before. What actually matters to me is how it's performed since. We had a stain that used to creep across the hallway ceiling any time we had a downpour, and that thing has not shown up once, even after a couple of those brutal storms we got. Gio came out for the quote when he said he would, walked the roof and sent the estimate by the end of that day. The job was schedule 2 weeks later. Crew was efficient they finished the tear off and install in 2 days. Final invoice matched his estimate. Hands down the easiest contractor experience I have had in a while really

had a persistent leak in the upstairs hallway every time we got a heavy rain from the north. previous owner had told us the roof was only a few years old and looked fine from the ground so we figured it was something minor. Gio Pro did a full roof replacement on our two story and the result speaks for itself. The old roof was a patchwork mess from the previous owner with mismatched shingles in a couple spots where they had done repairs over the years. Now the whole thing is uniform, the lines along the ridges and valleys are straight, and the flashing around the chimney and the dormers actually looks like it belongs there instead of being slapped on.
