During the construction of our new elevator we experienced delays due to circumstances no one could control. Lisa was always in contact with us, keeping us informed regarding scheduling and solutions for the delays. Daniel and Michael arrived right on time. They were respectful of my floors and put on shoe covers. They were polite and professional. Once they serviced the elevator, they graciously cleaned the inside glass of the elevator shaft. They swept the base of the elevator shaft,?which I was did not request. John is an excellent technician with concise explanation of our problem after the repair. He also provided elevator safety techniques we were unaware of.
We have tried to contact Lisa over 10times regarding sumac dr to schedule to come out but she has not been picking up the phone or does not respond email since last week. highly do not recommend this company, seems like once their payment is getting close to finish, they do not want to do anything.
