My favorite car wash in town
Some places stop being businesses and quietly become part of a city. McKinley Car Wash is one of those places. I’ve been coming here on and off for almost thirty years. Every trip back to Hawaii somehow includes a stop here, usually in one of my parents’ cars, waiting in line with everyone else while the smell of soap mixes with hot asphalt and exhaust.
