Alot of people going in and out 24 hours a day.
Sleazy landlord. When my lease was up Sprague Rentals (the landlord) said they'd transition the utilities from my name to theirs. However, kept the utilities in my name after my lease was up thus I was billed by the utilities when I wasn't even renting the place. I can only assume Sprague hoped I wouldn't notice them trying to get me to subsidize their utilities.
