OML handled the flat roof on our two flat. old one was patched so many times it looked like a quilt. they stripped it down, redid the drains, put on a new membrane. took about three days. i checked online for flat roofers in Chicago and these guys had decent reviews so i went with them. price was fair for the square footage, not the cheapest but not the most. been a couple months with heavy rain and the ceiling on the top floor is finally dry

The old roof was an ancient rolled material that had been patched so many times you couldn't even see the original surface anymore. They tore the whole thing off down to the deck, fixed a few rotten spots, and installed a new TPO membrane. We had this annoying water stain that kept coming back on the ceiling no matter what we tried. Couldn't pinpoint where it was entering.
