I had water stains spreading slowly on my living room ceiling, and it was getting worse after every rainfall. They arrived in the late morning and immediately checked both roof and attic instead of just looking from outside. The issue turned out to be a cracked seam near an old repair area. They fixed it properly and reinforced nearby shingles too. It took most of the day, and there was a small delay waiting for materials, but they kept me updated. No stains have returned since even after heavy rain.
got the estimate pretty quick and they were straightforward about what needed to happen. crew showed up on time which was nice. the actual roof work went smooth, no issues really. they kept things moving and wrapped up when they said they would. flat roof looks solid now

The whole timeline moved pretty quick after that, maybe a week and a half from signing to having it done.
