Our flat roof started leaking near the rear of the house so I got OML out to look at it. They came fast and the estimate was clear, they told me exactly what the job would involve. Booking was about a week and the crew turned up right on the day they promised. The work went quicker than I figured and they kept the area clean the whole time. Afterward they went over everything and told me what to watch for as it ages. It's stayed dry ever since and I'm glad I got it dealt with instead of putting it off.
OML took care of the flat roof on our building and it went smoothly. When they came to quote it the guy actually got up top and showed me the problem spots instead of just eyeballing it from below, which I appreciated. The crew was on time and kept me informed as they went. When they wrapped up they walked the roof with me and pointed out the new seams and where the water drains off. Best part is those ceiling stains we kept getting inside haven't shown up again after a few good storms. Clean job.
Started getting bids on the flat roof above our top floor unit last spring after a tenant complained about a damp spot. OML was one of three I had look at it.
