Brad and Jodi exceeded our expectations for our wedding! The whole experience from start to finish was awesome! Jodi helped with all my questions and planning the perfect meal for our 200+ guests. Service was incredible and we thought it was so neat that everything was cooked on huge smokers onsite. Guests were telling us all evening how delicious the food was! What can we say? This is the BEST catering experience we’ve ever had. We booked Western Pacific for our wedding in June 2025. Jodi and her team were organized, professional, and extremely responsive. They were able to accommodate all of our dietary restrictions and food allergies without a problem. Not to mention the food is to die for! We ate like royalty on our wedding day! I simply asked about pricing and packages and was immediately shut down for no real reason. We had no set date and just wanted a price estimate for catering and instead of chatting they messaged me stating we didn't have enough people and refused to just give normal details about their company. We never had anything set in stone yet. This interaction was extremely rude and bad customer service.
