McKie sales and service is excellent, your staff is why we have been a McKie customer for the last 20 years. John, Ryan, Brad and Brett make your sales and service team the best that we have ever experienced.
Loved the outcome but not the process. McKie needs to empower their extremely capable salespeople with ability to negotiate a deal on each car given certain parameters! It took hours of back and forth on price even within $200. Jordan and Brittney were tremendous help but the process was soooo time consuming on something that should have been short and sweet.
Demetrius was the sales person and he was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable! We were looking at trucks at 9 AM and we were out the door at 12:30 with our new truck. The process for financing was really simple and easy and they had options for warranty packages. Brittney was really helpful and super friendly!
I traded an all electric vehicle with only 5013 miles on it for a new plug in hybrid because the infrastructure for public chargers is terrible in some areas. I planned to visit a mountain range but could not sense no public chargers for at least 600 miles after the last one on the planned route. The all electric car had less than the specified range of 300 miles on the highway and public chargers will not allow more than 80% charge.
