False advertising not a marine service center. Was told I needed to go to Sebring for service on my 5hp Honda outboard. The person whom waited on me was super nice however.
Bait & swith. The sales staff is clueless. They had to Google everything I asked. Showed them their own website promotion and they didn't honor it. They said it was a typo and they were taking it off their website instead of honoring the advertised promo. Walk away.
Spoke to salesman Austin before driving 2 hrs about a waverunner that I seen on their website. Told my family it was available and they even texted a Pic to us to make sure it was the right one. Told them we are on our way over. When we get there it was all a lie. They said they sold the one we were interested in and tried to get us to buy something higher in price. Deals they show are false information. Bad Customer service!!! 3 different salesman couldn't get their facts right. Taking my cash payment somewhere else.
I was surprised to walk in here and all the way around. And no one even said a word to me. Or ask me if I needed any help, not very friendly.
