WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND MCKETHAN BROTHERS!!! We had Ben and Sarah McKethan cater our wedding. We had St. Louis Ribs and Smoked Chicken and it was DELICIOUS!! I completely lost count of how many people came up to me and my wife and told us it was “the best wedding food they’d ever had.” The portions were generous with more than enough to feed the 125 Romanian adults who attended our wedding. Absolutely horrible! Barbecue tasted like it was cooked in a pot and it already had sauce in it. Chicken had a decent flavor but was tough. Pretty sure it was boiled first. Potato salad had no flavor. Spent $47 dollars on 2 meals. Very disappointing after driving 60 miles.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious and in my opinion they have the best salad bar in town.
