This company sucks! 1 star is to good for them! They changed companies then not wanting to deal with my husband who’s been ordering supplies for 20 something years cause his name was on the paper and also the man who pays the remainder of the bill! They also sent me the wrong wafers the blue stripe instead of the red and then have the nerve to tell my husband he doesn’t have to send them back and then turns around and bills me again for their mistake! They tell, you lie after lie. 6 months still no CPAP and they received all docs many months ago. Totally incompetent, DO NOT PUT YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS ON THIER HANDS.
It's like rocket science for them to correctly send catheters once a month. Every time it's time to reorder it's a big production and headache. About ready to look elsewhere I'm so tired of dealing with it. My urology office can't believe the trouble I've had.
I see these billing issues on reviews and I concur! I was told I owe over $200 for sensors that weren’t even shipped. I canceled and had doctor issue script to local pharmacy and it’s only $80. BIG ISSUE!
My insurance stopped paying adapt health for my cpap supplies. I had to find a new supplier that they would cover. I did and asked adapt health to fax my script to the new supplier and they flat out refused. These people are rude, ignorant & very disrespectful to any person who needs their supplies and is also a heart patient. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.
