This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their customer service Line and app are both an endless loop of frustration. There is something fraudulent about billing consumers who no longer rent the equipment. Most worthless supply company! Every month the order is wrong! They tell you what you want to here! It really a 0 star review. And I have talked to like 5 head people your place and they still don't know what they are talking about. I have used AdaptHealth for about 5 years for my oxygen equipment. I need oxygen equipment 24 hrs/7 days a week so having reliable service is incredibly important. My main machine started beeping around 8pm last night. While the offices were closed their operators were working. They reviewed our problem and set up an appointment . Fortunately they had provided me with a backup. They promised they would have someone out today, Saturday, and they did. Angelo was here by 1:30 as promised.
