Most worthless supply company! Every month the order is wrong! They tell you what you want to here! It really a 0 star review.
ZERO- I have received multiple messages/texts/calls saying that my doctor put a prescription in, but when I called my doctor they have NEVER heard of this company and have NO IDEA where they are getting my information. I have opted out from multiple numbers and blocked but then they call and message with other numbers. SCAM- do not fall for this. No doctor/ physician has contacted this company for me like the messages say and my doctors do not trust adapt health.
Do not get there wheelchairs. They say that they are made for ppl that are 7ft tall. And as short as they are your going to end up with back pain and your shoulders up by your neck. If anyone is having trouble with their wheelchairs and your insurance is paying for it just have them come and get it and save your back and your feet also it tips backwards like it did to me on the PARTA bus and that's all I going to say. I think they do lie about nobody having trouble with the wheelchairs.
The absolute worse company to deal with. If I could give -5 stars, I absolutely would! I paid off my equipment and still received an invoice for rental. They call everyday to get you to order supplies, even when you tell them you will contact them when you need supplies. I tried to file a complaint with someone on the phone and got the runaround. There is literally no one to file a complaint with…but wait, there is…the BBB.
