Do not get there wheelchairs. They say that they are made for ppl that are 7ft tall. And as short as they are your going to end up with back pain and your shoulders up by your neck. If anyone is having trouble with their wheelchairs and your insurance is paying for it just have them come and get it and save your back and your feet also it tips backwards like it did to me on the PARTA bus and that's all I going to say. I think they do lie about nobody having trouble with the wheelchairs.
The absolute worse company to deal with. If I could give -5 stars, I absolutely would! I paid off my equipment and still received an invoice for rental. They call everyday to get you to order supplies, even when you tell them you will contact them when you need supplies. I tried to file a complaint with someone on the phone and got the runaround. There is literally no one to file a complaint with…but wait, there is…the BBB.
This company sucks! 1 star is to good for them! They changed companies then not wanting to deal with my husband who’s been ordering supplies for 20 something years cause his name was on the paper and also the man who pays the remainder of the bill! They also sent me the wrong wafers the blue stripe instead of the red and then have the nerve to tell my husband he doesn’t have to send them back and then turns around and bills me again for their mistake! Recommendation is don’t use this Company! Find something else! I’m leaving... read more
They tell, you lie after lie. 6 months still no CPAP and they received all docs many months ago. Totally incompetent, DO NOT PUT YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS ON THIER HANDS.
