No real effort was made to address my concerns with a program I attended. The need for clarification from a vulnerable patient should never be routinely dismissed. I had a need for clarification for the services I received from the provider and was met with hostility by said provider. When provided the opportunity by their office to rectify the situation, said provider claimed she tried to call me but there was no record on my end that she ever tried to reach out. The receptionist was very rude even tho this is a mental health unit very unprofessional don’t recommend
