Called on a Saturday afternoon with cooling issues. They were here the next morning, the issue was resolved. Every time I've ever called, they've always been there for us in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price. The 2 young men that came today were well dressed, respectful, knowledgeable, and got the problem resolved quickly.
Very prompt service at a reasonable price. Professional and honest. Repaired my AC unit within a few hours of initial call for repair. Will continue to use this company's services. Thank you Chris. Fast forward to 2023.... needed new AC. Once again, Mr. McKeown was prompt, honest, and competent. I recommend him to everyone within his service area! Hard to find reliability like he shows.

WOW they came out and fixed my heat pump that I had been troubleshooting myself for 4 days, being a do it yourself guy I really hated to call someone but so glad I did. Within a hour he had my system pumping out 110 degree heat.
Chris is very knowledgeable and is there to help you. I got told by another company that I needed to replace the ductwork because it was rusted and the HVAC system needed to be replaced as well. Chris was able to get the system working by simply installing the correct thermostat as the one we had is the wrong kind. He also told us the ducts are fine and only need to be re-insulated in some places. His services are reasonably priced and he's very informative. 100% recommend!
