Completely unprofessional. They are the listing agent on a home we wanted to see, the agent was late getting to the home- it happens we get it- didn’t introduce himself or let us know he was with the company proceeded to search for the key under his car seat. When approached to find out what was going on he screamed not only at my realtor but also myself in front on my children. It’s really sad as my family was very excited to see this home and never got the chance
