The place really doesnt care at all. They never have a manager that gives a crap and when they finally do they always leave because upper management is useless.
Apparently they’re too busy to answer the phones. Called and it rang 2 times sent to voice mail.
This apartment used to be pretty good. Now, it’s absolutely disgusting how tenants are treated. The current office manager is very concerning. She doesn’t fill out paperwork and leases correctly. The elevated is down, a lot. Apartments are extremely hot all year round. Current office staff gossips about tenants to other tenants. The snow removal they had this past winter was awful. Sidewalks and lot was full of ice. I can’t say anything good about this place.
Danielle is a God send Angel! She is a miracle sent from heaven to help people and believe in people who deserve 2nd chances! She sees you for who you are not who you were and put me in a beautiful apartment I couldn't be more happy with! ❤️
They can't keep managers or maintenance here, not even housekeeping. Very poorly ran. Elevator is down at times which makes it scary in case of medical help needed. These are 3 story.
