This apartment used to be pretty good. Now, it’s absolutely disgusting how tenants are treated. The current office manager is very concerning. She doesn’t fill out paperwork and leases correctly. The elevated is down, a lot. Apartments are extremely hot all year round. Current office staff gossips about tenants to other tenants. The snow removal they had this past winter was awful. Sidewalks and lot was full of ice. I can’t say anything good about this place.

Danielle is a God send Angel! She is a miracle sent from heaven to help people and believe in people who deserve 2nd chances! She sees you for who you are not who you were and put me in a beautiful apartment I couldn't be more happy with! ❤️

They can't keep managers or maintenance here, not even housekeeping. Very poorly ran. Elevator is down at times which makes it scary in case of medical help needed. These are 3 story.

They can’t keep a manager, so requests to fix things or questions go unanswered. They’ve started charging for things that came included with the rent originally, like the washer and dryer. The prices are increasing, despite the fact that everywhere else in Watford has been lowering prices or offering incentives to renters because of the downturn.
