I called about pictures of my property appearing on property for sale on our street. Man who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me! I did not expect a business to be this awful on the phone.
Mark, Jeff, and Will were very professional with our purchase of land south of town. The property needed mowing. I mentioned that to Mark, and two days later when I went to take another look at the land, it had been mowed.
An acquaintance recommended Mark McKenzie when I needed a realtor in central Arkansas. I spoke with him several times and chose him to be the listing agent for a property sale. We signed a listing agreement. Then I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. Although he predicted that it would take a year to sell our property we had 3 offers in the first 48 hours - we were notified of these offers from Mark's brother Jeff.
