I have an elderly family member living here right now, she's been there for 18 years and the manager was just replaced with a rental company whose owner doesn't even live in the state. Within three months, the rent has gone up twice, a utility bill was added, and then they upped the utility bill. This is disgusting and they should be ashamed.
