I was greeted warmly when I entered the store. The sales lady was very patient with me while I struggled securing the lock on the earrings. I wanted to figure it out so I could do it at home. I would highly recommend shopping locally and making McKenzie Jewelers your first choice for purchasing jewelry.
Took my family heirloom vintage watch to be repaired after inquiring whether they could handle the repair. Was told yes. Then they said they would send it out and it would be about 3 weeks. More than 6 weeks later, I got my watch back, after finding out they had worked on it in house. Within an hour of leaving the store, it was losing time, so I took it back. Months went by.
