Usually don’t mind this place but I received a bill insurance paid for 600 dollars just to go in and them tell me to just take pain medicine over the counter and then I told them that insurance is supposed to pay it and according to my insurance, they would pay it because there’s no reason a bill should even be that high for something so little and then I didn’t hear anything for about 6 months and all the sudden I have another bill and a collections agency bill. We walked in an hour before closing and were turned away due to a full schedule of ONE provider. We were there to verify a uti of a 6 year old and have an ear looked at of an adult.
